Processing & Handling Time

All items at Artesania Diaz are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States based on the weight of your order:

Note: Shipping rates may vary depending on the product. Some items (such as mugs or California-exclusive products) may be shipped from a different location and could have different rates applied at checkout.

Estimated Domestic Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, please allow the following estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated International Delivery Times

  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days (varies by destination)
