How to Use

1. Heat the mold in hot oil for 1–2 minutes.
2. Dip the hot mold into your buñuelo batter, leaving the top edge uncovered.
3. Return the mold to the hot oil.
4. Fry until the buñuelo releases naturally from the mold.
5. Cook until golden brown, then drain and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with piloncillo syrup.

• Dry thoroughly after washing.
• Do not leave soaking in water for extended periods.
