Looks nothing like the product. Not adjustable at all. Product came late and was inquired upon a week or so ago, but not a response was heard from them. I feel like I was given a cheaply made product to appease me. I'll be returning this.
Ordered this pot that arrived broken in several places. The packaging was inadequate for the weight/fragility of the item and clearly didn’t protect it in transit. I emailed Artesania Diaz right away to report the issue with pictures and requested a replacement or refund, I have been met with silence. Disappointing experience overall.
